Thanks. I probably will, or I may just use SCons, which, it turns
out, can generate installers. I think I'd like to make SCons my One
True Builder. But I've figured out what's wrong: instead of
installing a shortcut in the start menu, which can set the start
directory, the installer is installing the executable itself, which
starts in some random directory, and can't see its the Python26 DLL.
Now, if I can just figure out how to get the installer to generate a
shortcut, this will be a solved problem.
