Thanks Josua.  So that's $12 for 50 people or $6 for 100 people, plus
a buck or two for refreshments. Does that include wireless use?  Which
days are available?

So what do people think? Are you willing to attend for a price of up
to $15?  We may be able to lower that with sponsorships, but sponsors
may expect a firm contract before agreeing to contribute. I'd suggest
setting a minimum pre-signup of 50 or 75, and see if we can achieve
that by the next meeting.
