I've got a $14 price estimate for printing a large poster through the
UW's Architecture department. The flyers depend on how many we want.
So we need to make some decisions.

At minimum I'd like to get a large Python logo poster, a large and
small NWPD (or SeaPIG) poster, and 10 flyers for venue signs and
incidental posting. That comes out to less than $50. We need somebody
to donate the printing costs. Also, would more flyers be useful?
(Considering that they'd be displayed for less than 10 days, assuming
we had locations and manpower to post them.)

Or we can skip the flyers, make letter-size copies of the poster for
signs, and just make a generic SeaPIG poster rather than a specific
NWPD poster (by leaving off the NWPD title).
