Further, the landscape of science oriented packages shown here... http://pythonxy.googlecode.com/files/pythonxy_2117.png might be a discussion starter. Perhaps someone could provide something to instigate a conversation that might help clarify the web development landscape a bit as well to balance this out? I'm fairly familiar with this landscape, but not quite sure how some of the pieces fit together and would love it if someone "in the know" could clarify at a high-level.
