Another thing to consider is Sublime Text 2 can be extended via a
plugin architecture using Python if you want or need to tweak /
customize it's feature set.
The core app was written in C++, so it's pretty much smoking fast
compared to some of the other Python editors.
Plus there are a bunch of open source plugins to use as well.
It runs on Mac, Linux and Windows, and your license allows you to run
on any or all of the OS's that you need too as I recall.
For $60 it's a real good value and the developer keeps pounding away
at making it better.
