I think the first question here is for Mike: do you want to keep
coordinating the hosting, & administration of the list and wiki in their
current form, or would you like to hand off to a new set of volunteers?

MoinMoin and Mailman have been serving us well for over a decade... but...
well... we've been using them for over a decade... :)  So we could
certainly stand to update things a bit. Especially if someone volunteered
to take lead on coordinating things. :)
