CSE lets you specify multiple query patterns / sites to include.  For
instance, for the Sahana Software Foundation, I have a CSE that searches
our main site, our per-project sites, IRC logs, wiki, email archives,
related blogs,...  In this case, I suggested CSE because we'd have at least
4 sites to search:  seapig.org, the meetup, the old and new email
archives.  You get one url that bundles up the whole mess.
