I had sendmail as packaged in RH 7.0 working for both sending and
receiving for my domain. When I upgraded to 7.1 it broke.

It didn't take long to find that port 25 was closed and how to correct it
in sendmail.mc. However, I still had mail being rejected. I went back
to the 7.0 version since I couldn't figger out how to get the new one to
run. What seemed weird was that I was using the exact same config files
for both.

I only noticed in one of the emails the other day that the latest version
is compiled with tcpwrapper enabled. Once I put the appropriate entry in
hosts.allow and reloaded the new version...it worked!

I have since gone back and looked through the doc's and have yet to find
where it says that tcpwrappers support was compiled into the new version.
For future reference (and not wanting to start a flame war!!!) where is
this documented???
