Read the Release-Notes on the CD and you'll see what is up with sendmail.
Basically you need to edit /etc/mail/sendmail.mc and either dnl the
appropriate line or take out the 127.0.0.1 part (this line is towards very
bottom of sendmail.mc file) and rerun the m4 command to generate a new
sendmail.cf file.  The top of the sendmail.mc file explains what command to
run.
