tool and the rc.config file seem to be a major hindrance upon trying
to install/configure/fix services or other parts of the system.
Also quite often heard is that the distribution is much too large
and includes many old versions. Users say regularly they need to
fetch more uptodate versions from the web.
Another thing people don't seem to like is the release cycle. People
who have just bought 7.1 are confronted with a 7.2 release just 2-3
months later and get the impression that they have purchased a
product which is out-of-date and less maintained than the current
release.
