as for the "transport" as long as the rsync has a "secure" portion (i.e.
sftp or ftp over ssh2) this would tighten the security around the
transport a bit more. currently rpm2html's rsync is not secure in this
regard and i am working on and would love to see rsync using sftp rather
than scp.
