I've used the boot.img from
ftp://ftp.spsselib.hiedu.cz/pub/users/Milan.Kerslager/RedHat-7.1/ChipFix
and everything turned up alright.
Just a little catch: try to use the graphical installation (the text one
won't work).

Thank you all for your sugestions,
Tibi

Hi,

according to the email address I guess you must be around The Czech
republic now??? If so, we did have a one-CD edition of RH 7.1 which is NOT
working. It's a "legal" RedHat act as far as I know. The problem was
caused by the publisher and patches to get it working are available
somewhere at ftp.linux.cz if I am not mistaken. If you are in Czech rep.,
I can send you the exact link.

The problem was caused by an added readme.doc (YES, it's a M$ document...)
to help newbies install it ;-).

Anyway, there are plenty linux people here, CzLUG being quite active, too.
