You just need the gnome-libs loaded. It will run in KDE. The GUI part is for
setting up the firewall rules script(s) and monitoring the log hits. You don't
even have to touch the GUI again once you are satisfied with your firewall
and/or you are at ease with modifying the scripts themselves by hand.
