No Linux here to test, just guessing. Perhaps you can Ctrl-Alt-Fx to go to a console, login as root, do a 'ps aux', and kill the xlock or xscreensaver process. Can anyone confirm that? Cheers,

The question of fixing the problem of people xlocking their machines sems easy. You can't really lock your screen; at least in gnoime. If you come upon a locked screen you just type <ctl>-<ALT>-<backspace> anf the system goes back to the login screen. -- ------------------------------------------- Aaron Konstam Computer Science Trinity University 715 Stadium Dr. San Antonio, TX 78212-7200 telephone: (210)-999-7484 email:[EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Seawolf-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/seawolf-list _______________________________________________ Seawolf-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/seawolf-list
