In the menu of konq, go to Bookmarks -> Edit bookmarks In the menu of the new window, go to File -> Import -> Import IE bookmarks. I'm using KDE 3.1 (Alpha 1), so I'm not sure your version has this option. If not, be patient or download Opera. This browser has always been able to import IE bookmarks.
