Interesting point to think about, speaking of this.  In actuality, the 
shipped CDs are the same...what determines whether it's an "upgrade" or 
"full" version is actually the serial number.  This is true for 
workstation vs. server installs of WinNT, and for full vs. upgrade 
versions of MS-Office.
