If you are using the client from SSH.COM, the host identifications are 
found under the edit/settings menu.  Delete the entry for the host that is 
causing the problem and it will be treated as new the next time you 
connect.  Accept the key offered in the new host dialog and, voila!, 
problem solved.

Of course you should also pay some attention to why the host identification 
changed.  This warning message comes up because there is a chance there 
actually was a security breach.
