1. Do you want free stuff or have the bucks for it ?
2. If you search on archived emails , you would get more information than
you want.
3. On a Windows system , I have tested the following quite successfully:-
- Use of Net Mon - Sniffs only packets going out and coming to it directly.
Does not sniff the complete wire.
-Use SMS 1.2.There is a small hack to it to get it going as a full blown
sniffer. It is a hack, so dont want to hurt Microsoft here.
-I guess you want something free - try Ethereal for Windows.
-You could also use Etherpeek, Sniffer Pro.Standard tools of the trade.Lets
you sniff IPSEC too.

i need a help from u...i m using winsniffer 2.1 version at my company
which is having small LAN containing 25 systems...on the way i m
interested to run packet sniffer, software on that...so i downloaded
winsniffer i used it..i didn't any response its absoultely dumb...can u
plz suggest wich one is the best packet sniffer for windows..and the
usermanuals for it....
