PGP have a product for PDAs, PGPwireless (http://www.pgp.com/products/pgpwireless/default.asp), that seems to offer most of the functionailty of desktop PGP, encrypting and signing files, email, etc. You have to transfer your private and public keyrings from your desktop and then it is PGP as normal. I am currently playing around with the beta Windows CE version on an IPAQ and have had no problems downloading and using keys from the pgp keyservers. There is a commercial version for the palm. All my files on the PDA are now PGP encrypted and can be synced back to the desktop quite happily. There is also a secure wipe feature to securely remove files from the PDA flash (I presume this works but haven't delved into it deeply enough to check it out.).
