Well, here is a general paragraph that I am able to share:
"On the Blackberry, we are approving a pilot of the Blackberry Enterprise Server. That is a central server, associated with the Microsoft Exchange infrastructure, to "redirect" e-mail to a Blackberry user's pager. This assures that the mail goes by a known path from the company to the Blackberry service (so we know that the e-mail is encrypted at that point). The encryption is end-to-end. We are putting this in to replace a small pilot test of the "redirector" software on individual users' desktop PCs, and we are also planning to block web access to the URL for Blackberry e-mail to prevent users from installing unauthorized copies of the redirector software on their own desktops." How did they overcome the deficiences in the Wired Equivalency Protocol (WEP)? Or did they set up something outside of that?
