That is correct...rumor has it (article on CNet I think) that NAI has produced a 
version of PGP for both MacOS X and XP but will not release them for sale (since they 
are stopping support and production of the software).

I did try to run the last version of the desktop security package on an XP box for the 
heck of it and it won't load (not that I thought it would). For file wipes I map the 
XP drive from my 2000 box and wipe the files that way.

For encryption I'm looking at this product

but haven't had a chance to mess with it......
