"man ls" sez:

-u      with -lt: sort by, and show, access time
        with -l: show access time and sort by name
        otherwise: sort by access time

"ls -lu" is your friend ;)

under your windows? well, under my windows, there are window sills.. no
files there, sorry. i have a couple of files in my toolbox, though. but
nobody can tell when they were last accessed..
