However... when viewing the 'accessed' piece - it places the time to present
since you're technically accessing the file now.  So that doesn't quite
resolve the problem.  Unless I should be doing something upon right clicking
the file [like hold the ctrl key or something??].

Well, under Windows, you can right-click the file, go down to "Properties"
and look on the "General" tab under the heading "Accessed:" and it will show
