I wouldn't go about calling it theft. If you are throwing candy at
people, chances are some are going to eat it, right? Your AP should
have options to disallow the broadcasting of the AP's SSID, you can
disable this to 'heighten some security'. Given yes there are obvious
ways around this some leachers could used to tap into your connection,
but it should help your 'theft' problem.
