ECGenParameterSpec.getName() returns "the standard or predefined name". What's the form of standard name? And what's the form of predefined name?
I think the fix works in SunEC, but may run into problems with other providers if the ECGenParameterSpec.getName() does not always return the OID name as "1.3.132.0.9". Because SunJSSE implementation needs the name to be a OID string. Do we have a doc to define these names? Maybe we can have a map between OID names and other names.
