Hi gang -

As just a regular contributor to this group, I know I can't vote,
but I am curious: what was the criteria you used for selecting
folks to be core vs non core contributors?

Additionally, I'd like to nominate the following folks for
core contributors (I know, I can't vote, but I believe I
can nominate :-):
Krishna Yenduri, continued strong crypto performance involvement
Anthony Scarpino, in addition to strong crypto involvement, actively
                testing OSOL tools, early adoption of mercurial, website 
updates, etc
Bill Sommerfeld, strong community involvement on IRC, active externally & 
internally
