Building Xvnc with TX support depends on the changes to make TX
part of the default build environment.   In Nevada, that happened
before Xvnc integrated, so the first deliveries of Xvnc included it.
In S10U5, Xvnc went back first, so I mailed the developers working
on the TX build environment changes with the instructions to enable
TX in Xvnc in their putback, but it appears they didn't include it.

If you need it on S10, looks like you'll have to file an RFE to
add those changes in (and given the new restrictions on RFEs in
update releases, provide more justification/business case than
before).
