The UID/GID of the primaryadmin Terminal window which is opening up the users' workspace is 0/0. Primaryadmin has been given the primaryadmin right and the shell i s admistrative korn. The prompt is also a #.
We have also created a sysadmin role which is identical to primaryadmin except it has the system administrator right. The sysadmin role can not open any terminal windows at Admin_low or any other label. we have also changed root to a role which seems to make the issue worse. Sysadmin can still not open any terminal windows. Primaryadmin loses the ability to open any labeled terminal windows except at admin_low. Root as a role seems to work correctly.
