Hi I have recently setup a role "support" which has the Printer Management profile. User are able to carry out print management procedures via this role but they are unable to "cancel" print jobs using the cancel command. The cancel command actually does work in the role but actally does not delete the print job, this seems to work fine when u r superuser. any ideas anyone?
