Professionals, My client and I are looking for a mid level anti-virus professional with experience using McAfee in an enterprise wide environment. This is a permanent role with a start date within two weeks. This will be a security administrative position paying up to ~$70,000 and experience with IDS, firewalls - preferably Checkpoint on Nokia, and overall network security is needed. Two to three years information security experience required.
In addition to the anti-virus work, you will be providing 3rd level troubleshooting support and problem resolution for a number of security services components. You will also be monitoring all security event sources (audit logs and real-time events generated by security systems) for potential malicious activities and conducting rudimentary attack verifications and, if appropriate, initiating the CIRT process.
