The threads on salary caps and age discrimination are dead. For those of you who posted mail to the list and not to Lisa (and did not get it approved) please send it direct. However a few of you might want to sanity check your letters first. Some of your expectations in this field are quite truly out to lunch. Nobody on this list does black magic, security specialists (even good ones) are no longer a rarity - believe this and deal with it. The world has changed.
