I am making an effort to contact each of you individually but if I can't, I apologize. There is one adjustment that I need to make regarding the location of this position. The company is located in Cincinatti, OH and for the time being, they are only interested in local candidates or those that can self-relocate. College degree required Industry training, certifications desired The inside scoop: This is a great job for those of you who have come up through the ranks of enterprise security engineering and have experience managing a mission-critical security infrastructure team. In its current state, the team is somewhat undisciplined and lacking a unified focus. The manager will need to constructively infuse the team with structure, unity and vision. The people are good, they just need someone to provide support and strategic direction. It�s not a �cake walk� by any means but the role is highly visible and extremely important within the organization. The person that will successfully fill this role must have ability, confidence, credibility and guts.
