Permanent Position - Cleveland, Ohio JOB BRIEF Manage the efforts of the Information Security Identity Management team including developing identity management strategy, setting centralized security policy, providing provisioning tools for decentralized access and authorization, developing processes and training, and performing user access and support tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Monitor and manage performance of identity management staff. Provide on- going coaching and training as needed. Develop identity management strategy for Corp and affiliates. Establish and communicate centralized security management policy. Provide appropriate provisioning tools for decentralized access and authorization. Develop appropriate processes and training in support of the provisioning tools. Establish processes to ensure appropriate setup and ongoing review of all system and user access. Allocate division resources to support identity management processes and procedures. Provide strategic leadership regarding security initiatives and identity management support. Manage Identity Management Projects. Ensure timely resolution of identity management problems; handle escalated issues as needed. Manage identity management support functions. MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS Develop relationships with critical Technology areas to ensure identity management issues are addressed. Provide security-related support across multiple technology platforms. Manage and continuously improve the Information Security Identity Management team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. 4-8 years technology, Information Security and/or risk related management experience. Security certification. Ability to assess Information Security Risks and understand Business needs in order to develop effective solutions that ensure compliance and the safety of Corp information assets. Management skills including communication, staffing, performance management, issue resolution, motivation, forecasting, and planning. Information Security identity management expertise including authentication, authorization, encryption, audit trail etc. Good understanding of IBM Mainframe, UNIX, NT, Network, internet, e- commerce and application technologies. Good understanding of technology and security process requirements (vulnerability monitoring, operational processing, project management, etc.) Excellent Written and verbal communication skills. Strong Customer Service Orientation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SSCP certification. CISSP certification. SANS certifications.
