Inside Sales Account Manager

As a Zone Lab's Inside Account Manager, you will deliver sales growth by 
using a combination of channel engagement and direct selling. You will 
deliver the maximum sales opportunity in your territory by using your 
sales skills, multiplying your efforts through channel partners, and 
execution of high quality sales programs. In addition to solid, results-
orientated execution, you must strive to deliver activities that result in 
high customer and partner satisfaction, and loyalty.

Responsibilities

A minimum of 3-5+ years of enterprise software selling experience, 
security focus a plus 
Focus on opening new accounts as opposed to maintaining existing 
customers. A hunter not a farmer 
The ability to persistently follow up with customers, and negotiate 
opportunities to closure 
Documented Success ('A' Player, Top 10% Performer, QuotaBuster) 
Reasonable length of time with past employers 
Build and maintain sales pipeline of 3x annual quota 
Promptly follow up will all inbound inquiries, and average a minimum of 
100 outbound cold calls per week 
Forecast accurately, closing business at or above quota on a monthly, 
quarterly and annual basis 
Produce and deliver activity reports to management on a timely basis 
Maintain accurate information on each active account within sales/contact 
management system 
Good understanding of team dynamics and comfortable in a team environment 
Must demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing environment 
Qualifications

BA/BS plus 3-4 years inside software sales experience, preferably in a 
telesales environment
