Im looking for 6 IT Security Evangelists for the UK and Europe.
General description of role:
A professional in the technical area of distributed systems information
security. The role will include the responsibility to work directly with
sales executives, partners, and clients in following manner:
- Responsibility to create and deliver presentations and other forms of
written material that describes market trends in the security
market,strategy as it relates to information security, and products
- Responsibility to present said material in forums such as one-on-one
meetings, presentations to small to medium size groups, and also very large
audiences (upwards to 1000+ attendees).
- Responsibility to work with and partner sales teams, formulating and
advising on successful sales strategies as they relate to security. This
includes identification of potential markets for security sales, and the
mapping of macro market trends into sales opportunities
- Responsibility to positively energise the sales team, and sales
partners concerning security strategy and the business opportunities it
represents
- a responsibility to provide feedback to EMEA and corporate sales
management, presales management, and the brand unit on a formal and ad-hoc
basis regarding market trends, opportunities, product requirement trends,
and sales opportunities.
- Extensive travel will be required as a component of this position,
throughout the European region
- Responsibility to act as a spokesperson, as required, to the press on
market trends in the security market, strategy as it relates to information
security, and products.
Base sal ard 80k sterling + bonus/ben/car/pen
