Job Description: The candidate shall develop and maintain a detailed work 
plan in Microsoft Project Software to include specific tasks, assignments, 
describe the resources and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and 
milestone schedule necessary to accomplish this task. The PMP shall 
include planned labor hour and funding expenditure charts to facilitate 
Government and Contractor Project Manager monitoring activities.  A 
minimum  of 3 years demonstrable experience in network and systems 
engineering and project management in Information Assurance assessments. 
Additionally, the candidate shall have completed Certified Information 
Systems Security Professional (CISSP) training or equivalent and have 
demonstrated exemplary performance at establishing, coordinating and 
sustaining an enterprise Defense-In-Depth program supporting dispersed DOD 
facilities in project management. The contractor team must have worked 
with the Intelligence Community as system analysts/subject matter experts 
with at least three (3) years experience in vulnerability and risk 
assessment analysis, certification and accreditation, IA training, counter-
intelligence/counter terrorism, security policy, testing and evaluation, 
requirements analysis, systems analysis and design. The proposed team must 
demonstrate a good working knowledge of the Intelligence Community 
information systems, its policies and architecture. This experience shall 
be in heterogeneous computer environments running multiple operating 
systems for the DoD (e.g., UNIX, Windows NT). The contractor team must 
have extensive experience and knowledge of Internet Security Systems (ISS) 
products; Real secure Site Protector, and the entire suite of ISS's 
Vulnerability Assessment solutions to include; Internet Scanner, System 
Scanner and Database Scanner.

Desired Skills: The candidate shall have expert level knowledge and 
enterprise deployment experience with Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 
Database. The candidate shall also have excellent 
writing skills and an expert knowledge of firewall and Intrusion detection 
capabilities, risk assessments, network monitoring tools, and other 
network security tools.

Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or 
related major with a CISSP certification.

Security Clearance:  A TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance is required for this 
opportunity.
