AMS's Enterprise Security Group is currently seeking a Security Delivery Lead for its Fairfax, VA office.
Must have experience as a Capture Manager/Program Manager for large Government security contract vehicles ie. Safeguard The Federal / Civilian Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the AMS Security Group Federal/Civilian delivery organization. This includes management of the operations of the Fed / Civ Group, to include: Full Group P&L responsibility, Group Personnel planning, training and education, Group Strategy, Contract and Project Management (funding, staffing, expenses), and Business Development. The Delivery Lead must be capable of winning and managing both large and small scale Fed / Civ security engagements. Individual will be responsible for managing agency specific accounts and opportunities, including partner strategy, input on pricing, capture management, schedule and resource management and strategic approach. Must have a broad knowledge of current IT security related trends and be able to proactively identify potential security issues in order to advise and consult clients on prevention, monitoring and mitigation strategies. Must have 8-10 years of operations and business development experience working with Federal / Civilian agencies. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline required, Graduate Degree preferred. CISSP certification desirable. Experience and Skills: � 8-10 years of operations and business development experience working with Federal & Civilian agencies. � Advanced project management, planning, organizational communication skills, and ability to scope prospective engagements, develop proposals and negotiate project contracts. � Excellent leadership and team development skills. Advanced written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated mastery of consulting at the senior management and executive level. � Ability to formulate and communicate highly technical and complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner. � Knowledge of security architecture methodologies, Industry best practices and generally accepted information security principles. � Demonstrated skills in addressing complex privacy and regulatory issues and developing enterprise wide security management programs.
