Can anyone find any documentation on the fact the HiVal Corporation in
California has gone into a bankruptcy or bankrupcty-like state. I had
gotten correspondance on them about my rebates being creditors, but would
like independant information.
My posting about the rebate letters can be found in the "win95-l" or
"win98-l" archives, and I've seen it come up in the misc.consumer
newsgroup.
