[SaF] scam sites

I don't really know how to word this... I remember hearing a while back that
there is a web site(s) where you can enter in a name of another web site and
see if that site is safe as far as ordering their products. Or if that site
has any complaints against it or something like that. Does such a site
exist? Or anything like it?
