Make no mistake the current new virus -- headed "I Love You"
-- is NO HOAX.
I was telephoned from Vancouver this morning by a
businessman who tells me he innocently opened an e-mail
bearing a friend's name, with the message heading "I Love You".
Right away, his entire computer database was scrambled, with
disastrous results.
The danger of this virus is that it is first able to lift names from
e-mail address-books, then broadcast the virus with these
familiar names as "sender". So be skeptical as you wish, but do
not, repeat NOT, open e-mails headed "I Love You".
