Hello group!

I want to enquire whether in some countries, there is limited usenet
access. Take Pakistan for example, where i have not been able to subscribe
to a group even thouigh i have been on the net for quite some time. Also i
have heard that some usenet groups can be accessed through usenet. Where
can i find the list? Another thing: I have heard of public servers
allowing limited access to usenet. Any idea where may i find the list?
