[SaF] keyboard or not to keyboard

Hello listers!
Does anyone know where I could get an central European Keyboard (for
Slovenian alphabet characters) or is this a bad idea. I would like to  write
in same characters as I recieve  mail from there (its's latin alphabet not
cyrilic). Any ideas appreciated. By the way great list, I had my  SAF
address entered incorrectly somehow in my address book.
