Here is a company called "The Key Connection" that sells *Foreign
Language Keyboards* and other custom keyboard products.

And yes...they do have Slovokia keyboard, although they do not have a
picture of this keyboard.
It does not seem you can online order their products. You will have to
order by phone, fax or regular mail. You can contact them by e-mail
first to inquire about shipping overseas and payment methods.
If you get one of these keyboards, it should not hamper you when you
type English. Most of the latin language keyboards are standard IBM
102 key PC keyboards enabling English typing. The non-latin languages
have extra keys enabling English typing, as well.
Here is a UK company that sells foreign keyboards with an online
ordering service, but I do not specifically see a Slovokian keyboard.
They do sell a Yugoslavia keyboard, however.
