The correct country code is LK as you presently show in your e-mail
address.

Well, this is not really topical to our list, but let me give you my
thoughts. When you enter your e-mail address, the webserver might be
attempting to do a domain lookup to verify the e-mail address you gave
was valid. Upon trying this, their name server apparently was not able
to identify your domain. Now that may have been a temporary problem.
You might be able to get your form through in the next couple of days.
Another thought is that the web server might be trying to ping your
mail server and it is not getting a response. Your mail server might
not allow the ping protocol. Or it might be sending some other
protocol to your mail servers and not getting the response it wants.
The fault may be on your end or their end.
Another thought is that there simply could be an error in their script.
Forms like this are usually handled by javascripts or cgi scripts or
asp scripts and they sometimes do not work correctly. We have all
experienced form failures, before.
Solutions? I would first wait a few days and try again. If you still
cannot get your form accepted, then obtain a free e-mail account, such
as a web based e-mail account (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc). Anything with a
different domain. The registration number or whatever they give you
will be the same no matter which e-mail account you use. (Frankly, I
would suggest you do obtain a "throw-away" account to register this
software. That software may be nice, but behind it lurks a big
marketing campaign. You are going to get spammed. So registering with
a different e-mail address than your ISP address might be your best
course of action. Get a junky Hotmail or Yahoo account and register
your software with it.)
Lastly, you could always write [EMAIL PROTECTED] and explain to
them the problem you are incurring and see what they suggest.
