Rather than just wait for this particular issue to come up for auction I would suggest that if you are registered on eBay that you get the email addresses of the sellers of the magazine and email them with your specific request. They may have it and just not have put it up yet. They may sell it to you without going through ebay...although then you wouln't have the admittedly dubious "protections" of ebay's different avenues of action should the sale go bad. But you could find the magazine and thus narrow your search and wait!
