Any decent text editor will do this for you and also do a lot more, too.
If the best text editor you have is Windows NotePad, then do yourself a
favor and download a good editor. NoteTab Light is free and will sort
your list either ascending or descending.
Here is the home page of NoteTab. The Light version is free and
excellent in it's own right. The author also has two shareware
