If you have MS Office, you probably have MS Access. This allows you to make a database and sort it in alphabetical order or numerical order. A quick sort option is available on the Records Menu in either the Datasheet or Form view. When you select Records, then Sort, you choose Ascending (ABC)or Descending Order. Hope this helps. Helen H.
