Yeah,  perhaps you could be right, but as I said, it's my MOTHER'S message, not mine. 
I think it's only 15 secs long anyway regardless. You know how parents can be sooooo 
unyielding as they age!

I suggest  that the phone no. should be given in case  the caller dialed the wrong 
number.  Also, the message is a little too long and should be
shortened.
E.g., "so brace......police." can be deleted.
