[SaF] 5x7-inch notebooks

I'm trying desperately to locate a nice 5x7-inch notebook, dividers
and filler paper for my journal and Bible Study notebook.  I want
something pretty, not just an ugly red binder.

I've been hunting online but I absolutely cannot find anything nor can
I find anything local.

Can anyone help?
