I need help fixing serious problems that I have with some magazine 
subscription agencies.  I would like to know how to contact someone who can 
help me, either by phone or by e-mail.  Some ideas for people to turn to 
include the Attorney General of Massachusetts, the Better Business Bureau, 
and consumer reporters that you see on the news, such as Susan Wornick of 
Channel 5 in Boston.  Any other people or groups would be okay, as are 
websites or any professional advice that any of you may have.
